Punching machine (AMC Tantus 256)
Punching is a manufacturing process used for metal forming .it is suitable for mass production. Initial tooling costs, of both the job-specific press tool, and machine are high.
In the AMC Tantus 256 have 20 work stations shown in figure that can be rotated to give any tool to the punching location.  A very easy shape (e.g., a square, circle, or hexagon) is cut directly from the sheet. A complicated shape can be cut out by making many square or rounded cuts around the perimeter. As a press tool needs die set and a matching punch, there are two corresponding turrets, above and below the bed, for punch and die. AMC Tantus 256 punch are CNC controlled, with automatic locating of the metal sheet beneath the programmed selection of particular tools V. A CAM process first converts the CAD design for the finished item into the number of individual punch operations required, lean on the tools available in the turret.

Problem associated with punching machine (AMC Tantus 256) :
Many problem comes out in industry but main problem is bur formation on sheet metal when using punching machine .
(1) Bur formation
Punching machine works on according to program .machine has contained  20 tool station within itself .the main problem of punching machine is formation of exit bur ,for eliminating of this problem industrial  manager decided to change the tool when exit bur is more and the finally result comes out production cost per unit is much more high . Secondary process (Hand Grinding) also required for removing the exit bur on the sheet metal.

Solution of bur formation:-
(1)Tool must be sharp and proper clearance between tool head and work piece
(2)Make clear that this wear between a punching and the next is invaluable but force go accumulating cushioning’s wear is growing rapidly. When you spawn a radius of 0.25 mm in the cutting edge we had 100,000 hits. If taste 0.25 mm we will be in optimum conditions of punching and we give 100,000 hits. Following this procedure when we have rectified up to 1 mm we will have made 400,000 hits.

(2)Problems of sharpening and life of the equipment

One such factor is the thickness and the type of sheet under punzonando. It is clear that the force needed for shearing aluminum of 1 mm is not the same as for shearing 4 mm stainless. Much more force is needed most as wear the tooling.
Another factor is the correct use of tolerances which we talked about earlier. If the tolerances are not correct and fractures are not the tools should make more efforts to make a hole

Edge Bending (Jade 325)
Edge Banding, is a process and a correlate narrow strip of material used to create durable and a good looking pleasing trim edges during finish carpentry.
Edge banding is generally used to cover the exposed sides of materials such as plywoodparticle board or MDF, giving the appearance of a solid or more valuable material and increasing durability. Common replacement for edge banding include face frames or molding. Edge banding can be made of different materials including PVC, acrylic, melamine, wood or wood veneer.
Traditional edge banding was a manual process need ordinary materials and carpentry tools. In modern functions, exactly for high-volume, repetitive manufacturing steps like cabinet doors, edge banding is putted to the substrate by an automated process using a hot melt adhesive. Hot melt adhesives can be water or solvent based and may include of many raw materials including EVA, PUR, APOA, and PO. A substrate primer may also be used as a bonding agent between the sustrade and adhesive. Thicker edge bandings typically require a slight concavity to provide a rigid glue line. The thickness can vary from .018" to 5mm or even more. The machine that puts the edge banding is called edge bander. An edge bander bonds the edge banding to the substrate, trims the following and trailing edges, trims bottom and top flush with the substrate, scraps any surplus, and buffs the finished edge.

Powder coating (Painting):
(1) Powder Coating is an advanced way to applying a decorative and protective finish to virtually any type of metal that can be used both by consumers and industrial. The powder used in the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is electrostatically sprayed onto the surface to be coated. The charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until the powder is heated and fused into a smooth coating in the heal oven. The result is a unvarying, durable, high quality and good looking finish. Powder coating is the fastest growing finishing technology in North America, representing  all over 10% of all industrial finishing applications.
(2)Powder coating is a type of coating that is putted as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not needed a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. The coating is generally applied a electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin". The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is often used to generate a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals, such as household appliances, aluminum extrusions, drum hardware, and automobile and bicycle parts. Newer technologies allow other materials, such as MDF (medium-density fiberboard), to be powder coated using different methods
 Properties of powder coating
  Because powder coating does not have a liquid contained, it can produce thicker coatings than conventional liquid coatings without sagging and running, and powder coating produces minimal aspect differences between vertically coated surfaces and horizontally coated surfaces. Because no contained fluid evaporates away, the coating process discharge some volatile organic compounds (VOC). Definitely, several powder colors can be involved before curing them all together, allowing color blending and bleed important effects in a one layer.
While it is relatively easy to apply thick coatings which keep to smooth, texture-free coating, it is not as simple to apply smooth thin films. As the film thickness is reduced, the film becomes more and more orange peeled in texture due to the particle size and glass transition temperature (Tg) of the powder.



Most powder coatings have a particle size in the range of 30 to 50 μ (Microns), a softening temperature Tg around 80 °C, a melting temperature around 150 °C, and are cured at around 200 °C. for minimum 10 minutes to 15 minutes (Also its depend on thickness of specimen or part) For such powder coatings, film build-ups of greater than 50 μ (Microns) may be required to obtain an acceptably smooth film. The surface texture which is considered desirable or acceptable depends on the end product. Many manufacturers actually prefer to have a certain degree of orange peel since it helps to hide metal defects that have occurred during manufacture, and the resulting coating is less prone to showing fingerprints.

There are very distingue operations where powder coatings of less than 30 micrometers or with a Tg below 40 °C are used in order to supply smooth thin films. One difference of the dry powder coating process, the Powder Slurry process, intermix the advantages of powder coatings and liquid coatings by dispersing very fine powders of 1–5 micrometer particle size into water, which then gives very smooth, small film thickness coatings to be created.
For garage-scale jobs, low "rattle can" spray paint are costly and complex than powder coating. At the professional scale, the total expense and time required for a powder coat gun, booth and oven are similar to a spray gun equipment. Powder coatings have a some advantage in that the overspray can be recycled. However, if multiple colors are being sprayed in a single spray booth, this may limit the capability to recycle the overspray.

Shear cutting and Bending machine: shear cutting machine are used for the cutting of sheet metal plates ,machine work with pneumatic machine ,there are many spring loaded on the head when we have open the air valve then spring is activated with cutter and hit on the sheet where programmer given the dimension to applied force by spring loaded machine.


Seat Bending machine:
Seat bending machine is used for folding the sheet in any angle within the 90 degree in any shape, for the complicated shape operator used particular die which have already given with the machine or me can made die from an order .seat bending machine has taken large space for installed . Bending machine comes under EHP series.
